QPS offer the SelfRefer Physiotherapy Program for currently employed QPS members to provide an early intervention physical allied health service.

For eligible QPS members, a booking can be made by calling us on 07 3889 6056 or through our booking site. Please note you are booking for a QPS session in the notes.

You will be required to present your QPS identification card to access this service.
